Such access includes:
Routine Preventive Eye Exam within 40 (forty) business days
Non-Urgent Medical Care within 7 (seven) business days
Urgent Appointments within 72 (seventy-two) hours
In office wait times within 30 (thirty) minutes
Provider Telephone triage 24 hours/day – 7 (twenty-four/seven) days/week
Member Service Call to VPA answered within 10 (ten) minutes
